MUST CALL OR EMAIL TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION

This authorization number must be displayed properly on outside of returned packaging.  Please do not tape across or write directly on return item packaging. 

New Regular Merchandise:

Any new regular merchandise purchased on figure8.ca or figure8.net can be returned for money back for a period of fourteen (14) days from date of receipt with a proper return authorization number.  (Please note: Figure 8 must have received the returned items within 14 days).  Merchandise will only be accepted for return if item is unused and is in undamaged original carton and packaging.  Customer must contact the order desk at orders@figure8.net to communicate the reason why the item is being returned.  After fourteen (14) days,before thirty (30), merchandise will only be accepted under the same conditions for a store credit.  Store credit will be valid for a period of 12 months.

All items sold will be considered final sale after 30 days.

Sale Items: All sale items will only be accepted for a store credit for a period of 30 days. Store credit will be valid for a period of 12 months.   All sale items sold will be considered final sale after 30 days.

Tights: The purchase of tights is considered a final sale.  No return.  
Defective merchandise will only be accepted for a replacement for a period of seven (7) days from receipt date.

Used goods: All used goods sold are considered final sale.
